Diversity Visa 2005 and PHP

I’ve submitted the darn form thought I’m going there with or without that paper.
The annoying part was that my name has special characters (the S is not an simple S, but with a comma below) so at first the script rejected my application, because I had “numbers in my name”. I think is the first time in my life I hated my name, that I’m proud of, because it reveals my (well, I must say so) Hungarian ancestors.
What if I was Napoleon the fourth?
And leaving behind the jokes, was my application worth any good, now that I used S instead of Ş? How do chinese fill those forms?

You know what? I was accepted, and my name appeared correctly. I can tell because I won it.
