You have a question, Verizon has no answers

If you have a question regarding a DSL bill from Verizon, you might as well send an email to billingservices@verizon.net. (They say you could do so, here). But if you believe their words, you get back the correct answer:
From: billingservices@verizon.net
To: me
Subject: Re:Billing issue [#1686....]
We apologize, but you have reached an email box that does not respond to incoming emails. It is not monitored.
However, your issues and questions are important to us.

You bet.

Belgrade, Romanian city?

Last week, two of the most important Romanian newspapers (Jurnalul National, daily circulation 80,000, and Evenimentul Zilei, daily circulation 70,000) went out, quite unfortunately, with the same picture on the front page.
