The American market is actually moving, albeit indirectly,  toward an European-like model, with the already-available &lt;a href="http://crave.cnet.com/8301-1_105-9874425-1.html" rel="nofollow"&gt;unlimited plans&lt;/a&gt;. A bit pricey, indeed, but as the market and technology develop, prices will go down, and the "xxx minutes plans" will be obsolete. Which means, of course, that you can receive calls at no additional expense.</description>
